So...this is what I have so far. I made a HUGE mistake in my moly...I drew my sketch in pencil, inked it in and was just loving my little characters and then I thought, you know I'm gonna try something new - and I hated it!! So I had to try and figure out how to fix my huge brain fart...Ultimately I redrew the characters on watercolor paper and pasted them over a dark, ink and watercolor sky, I'm still fixing my background and there is actually one more character that you can't see, but maybe he'll be a surprise to all of you when you get my book :)
Also if you look very closely at the right had side you can still see a bit of the green monster who has vanished into the night, hee hee.

absolutely, this came out fantastic. like yer charecters and the deep rich hues of the night. Its always a lil stressful when you cant just crumple up the paper and start again, but it sounds like you got successfully creative with a patch
yeah..the patch did help, quite a bit...but with the accordion style pages, I ended up having to coat them with modge podge :)
