Monster Theme
I'll just make a new post here where we can all post our themes. If I remember correctly we were all going to do monsters? I will be doing that for my moly at least. We should all finish by Halloween (Oct 31st) For the first round of mail outs. I am involved in a few of these so any questions please feel free to ask and i'll do my best to answer.

monster them is fine for me, Ill add up some girls perhaps cause I like to draw girls and what not but definitely Im thinking on monsters or mutated people that kind of stuff as protagonists/coprotagonists on the compositions
I was looking for a japanese moleskine this last week but cant find any on my city, gonna try again along this week else ill have to look elsewhere but hell ill be started as soon as I can get me one ;D
I am up for the monster theme as well, it was my whole reason for joining this exchange :) Does anyone have an objection to cutesy like monsters or are we all going for the absolutely grotesque?

seems to me its should be whatever kinda monster you like. maybe certain folks will have themed books, where they set the tone with cutsey or grotesque.

indeed I like the idea that there will be grotesque singing along with cuteish stuff and a whole mix of everything

Good to know! I was afraid I'd have to go sit and watch a bunch or slasher movies for reference :) just kidding. Looking forward to seeing where everyone goes with this. I must say I agree with Cirus, it will be great to see scary and cute monsters all occupying space together.
By “monsters”, I mean any imaginary creatures. They can by scary, they can by cute, and they can be mythological… By the way, I like an idea to start Monsters-exchange on Halloween.
Let me ask those of you who have participated in these exchanges before, how long does it take before you usually get your book back with all the finished art work? Especially now that we have, what? 10 people involved?
Kelley... just figure that each round takes a month to give everyone time and just times that by the number of members ... since we have 10 people one go around of everyone should fill the journal
